With an actively involved Responsible Individual (director) along with duty managers, senior carers and carers Brook Lane Rest Home is staffed accordingly to ensure a seamless consistent chain of command.
All recruitment is done in line with the General Social Care Council and all codes of practice are adhered to.
Training is second nature with all new staff recruits taking part in initial induction training along with mandatory training.
NVQ training is actively encouraged.
